Erik M. Johnson

At Bank of America, Erik Johnson manages one of the world's largest secure
e-mail implementations. He is the manager for E-mail Sender Authentication
and also leads or provides oversight for other projects related to e-mail
hygiene, security, infrastructure and regulatory compliance efforts. Erik
Joined BAC from FleetBoston Financial, where he was responsible for global
messaging architecture and collaboration. Prior to working at Fleet/BAC he
worked as a principal consultant with The Charlton Group, a boutique
consulting firm, by providing business technology solutions specializing in
messaging and systems integration technologies to Fortune 1000 companies in
the New England area.

Howard A. Schmidt

Former CSO Microsoft, CISO eBay & White House Cyber Security Advisor
Howard has had a long and distinguished career in defense, law enforcement
and corporate security spanning almost 40 years. He retired from the White
House after 31 years of public service in local and federal government.
Prior to forming R & H Security Consulting Howard was the former CSO at
Microsoft Corporation, CISO at eBay and appointed by President Bush as
a Cyber Security Advisor to the White House. |

Craig Spiezle, Chairman & Founder
Director, Security Product
Management, Microsoft Internet Explorer
As Chairman of AOTA, Craig is responsible for setting the
strategic vision of the organization while representing AOTA to industry,
business and governmental organizations. Craig is the Steering Committee of APWG, Interactive Marketing Council of the DMA, on the
Editorial Board of SC Magazine and the Director of internet Security & Privacy
product management. Craig is responsible for Microsoft's Internet safety efforts anti-phishing and botnet technologies focusing on prevention, detection and
remediation.
Spiezle manages the company's involvement with industry working groups, industry
partners and governmental agencies. Starting with Microsoft in 1992, Spiezle has held various managerial positions
including international channel development, OEM licensing and product support,
where he led product launches, business development and technology partnerships.
During his tenure, Spiezle pioneered research into the convergence of technology
and an aging society, authoring books and papers and presenting worldwide
including to the United Nations, U.S. Senate and to other organizations
demonstrating the benefits of computing. Spiezle hold a BS in Photographic Sciences from Rochester
Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Seattle University. |

Pablo Stern
Director of Engineering, Messaging & Web
Security - Symantec Corporation
Pablo is a Director of Engineering for Messaging and Web Security. In this
role, he oversees the development of the company's award-winning anti-spam
messaging solutions, which monitors and processes more than a billion e-mail
messages per day worldwide. Before joining Symantec, Pablo was a Group
Program Manager at Windows Live Hotmail. In this role, he led the team in
charge of anti-spam and e-mail delivery. During his tenure, Pablo worked on
integrating various anti-spam solutions into Hotmail including Symantec
Brightmail, SmartScreen, SenderScore, anti-phishing and Sender ID and
increasing industry awareness through Postmaster initiatives. Prior to
Microsoft, Pablo held software development positions at various start-ups
and communication solutions providers. He is a graduate of Dartmouth
College in Hanover, N.H. where he holds dual bachelor's degrees, with high
honors in Computer Science, and Engineering. |

Ken Takahashi

Inc.
Ken oversees Return Path's international operations, direction and growth as
well as advises each line of business on development opportunities. He joined
Return Path from DoubleClick (email division succeeded by Epsilon) where he was
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. In that capacity, Ken was responsible
for all aspects of global partner strategy, management and execution in addition
to running the industry's first international email deliverability team located
throughout North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. His tenure within
the email marketing industry dates back to 1999 when he joined MessageMedia. He
has spent the better part of the past eight years fighting spam and advocating
on behalf of the online marketing community around the world. Prior to email,
Ken has also held positions at Hachette Filipacchi Media and VNU's Claritas
division. Along with being a frequent industry speaker and contributor to
leading publications, Ken also serves as an advisor and board member to several
companies and organizations. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the
Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. |

Jeff Wilbur

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in high technology, all focused on bringing

involved at the founding stages of Ethernet, routing, switching, VOIP, unified
messaging, and email authentication and services in both startups and Fortune
500 companies. He has a BSEE from Kansas State University and MSEE from
Stanford University. |

Jevans
Chairman,

Inc
David Jevans' career in Internet security spans more than
10 years, having held senior management positions at Tumbleweed Communications,
Valicert, Teros, and Differential. Serving on the CEO's technology council at
Apple Computer, Mr. Jevans helped to develop the company's Internet strategy. He
also worked in the advanced technology group at Apple, and ran an engineering
project involving advanced operating systems. Currently, he serves as the
chairman of the Anti-Phishing Working Group, a consortium of over 1,500
financial services companies, ISPs, law enforcement agencies and technology
vendors dedicated to fighting email fraud and identity theft. |

Schwartz
Deputy Director - Anti Spyware Coalition (ASC)
Schwartz leads the Anti-Spyware Coalition (ASC), including
leading anti-spyware software companies, academics, and public interest groups
dedicated to defeating spyware. In 2006, Schwartz won the RSA award for
Excellence in Public Policy for his work building the ASC and other efforts
against spyware. Schwartz works for the Center for
Democracy and Technology, where his work focuses on increasing individual
control over personal and public information. He promotes privacy protections in
the digital age and expanding access to government information via the Internet.
He regularly testifies before Congress and Executive Branch Agencies on these
issues.

is the registered association of German internet enterprises. Founded in 1995,
its aim is to enhance the commercial use of the internet, thereby strengthening
Germany's position both in the global internet economy and as a business
location in general. As a body, eco sees itself as the advocate and mouthpiece
of German internet business in all relevant political, legislative and
international groupings. It currently represents 300 members, promoting their
commercial development as well as providing advice and support to companies
whose products and services are available via the internet. All of the
approximately 150 major providers that form the backbone of the German internet
are members of eco. It runs the largest German data exchange, De-CIX (Deutscher
Commercial Internet Exchange). This exchange forms the heart of the German
internet and is the third largest in Europe, covering about 80 percent of
national and 35 percent of international network traffic.

S. Zaneis

President, Public Policy - Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB)
Mike Zaneis is the Vice President of Public Policy for the
Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). Mike joined IAB in January of 2007 and
runs their Washington D.C. office. Prior to joining IAB, Mike served as
Executive Director of Technology and E-Commerce at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
As the chief technology and telecommunications lobbyist, he oversaw issues
affecting the business community pertaining to telecommunications, data
security, intellectual property, counterfeiting, piracy, online and consumer
privacy, and e-commerce. Prior to joining the Chamber's lobby team, Mike served
as the organization's Director of Technology Policy. He has worked in politics
for the past 12 years in Washington, D.C. and Michigan. He received his
bachelors degree from Michigan State University and both his J.D. and Masters in
Public Policy from Georgetown University. |

Fran Maier
Executive Director & President - TRUSTe
Fran Maier is the Executive Director and President of TRUSTe, the leading brand
in online privacy. Ms. Maier brings 15+ years of experience building consumer
brands and enhancing consumer trust. Since Ms. Maier joined TRUSTe in 2001, the
independent, non-profit has evolved to expand consumer choice from Websites to
email and now, downloadable software. During that time TRUSTe has strengthened
its monitoring and dispute resolution platforms while growing in influence and
certifying more than 2000 websites. Ms. Maier speaks widely on the issues of
privacy, security, and trust, has appeared before the Federal Trade Commission
and the US Department of Commerce, and has testified before the
United States House of
Representative's Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection.
