  • Authentication Committee
    Mission - To provide education to the membership on the latest technology advancements in the area of email, web and domain authentication, including process management and implementation for marketing, IT and security decision makers.

  • Brand/Domain Protection
    Mission - To work collaboratively with other organizations to promote and educate members on the importance of domain/brand protection and the proactive steps organizations can take to protect themselves from attacks and remediation techniques including working with registrars, hosters and internet stakeholders.

  • Communications
    Mission - To communicate with AOTA membership, media, influential’s and governmental agencies, AOTA activities and initiatives, which includes management of external marketing, PR and press relations.  Specifically, the committee will ensure that members are fully briefed regarding best practices to enhance online trust, confidence, and protection and empowered to be active in the community.

    Mission - To develop educational priorities and strategies to provide actionable and prescriptive advise to members, business and industry through collaborative efforts with other AOTA committees as well as AOTA member organizations.

    Mission - To broaden the work of the AOTA and provide it with international context and international exposure. Online trust is an international issue (i.e. not isolated to North America) and the International committee will provide a voice for those who are from outside the region.

    Mission - As the advocacy arm of the AOTA, the Public Policy Committee works with industry, government, and consumer groups to promote the global adoption of legislation, regulation, self-regulation, technologies and best practices designed to enhance online safety and trust.  Building on the AOTA’s founding mission and unique membership, the committee facilitates mutual respect, and effective communication and collaboration between all online stakeholders.
