Internet Connectivity - Wireless internet connectively will be provided at no-charge for paid attendees. Note, while best efforts will be made to provide maximum connectivity, AOTA and the Summit sponsors can not guarantee connectivity. Hotel guest room connectivity is available at additional fees.

Check In Info / Cancellation Policy - Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. Baggage check will be available for Summit attendees for a nominal fee. An advance deposit will be taken at time of booking. Deposit is refundable only if reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date. No-shows and reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be charged in full plus taxes.

Exit onto Madison Street (exit 165A)

From Seatac International Airport

Take Interstate 5 North
Exit at Seneca Street (exit number 165). The exit is on the left side
