Critical Due Dates*
Feb 9 - Signed Release Due
Feb 9 - Bio and High Resolution Photo submitted (see speaker site for format and examples)
Feb 9 - Register and book hotel rooms (use your no-charge speaker code)
Feb 23 - draft presentation due
March 1 - Schedule walk-though / rehearsal time (note Wed night will be available for Thursday presenters if needed)

April 17 - Presentation walkthrough / Rehearsals 5:00 - 7:00, 9:00 - 11:00
April 17 - Speaker, VIP and Steering Committee Dinner
April 18 - Presentation walkthrough / Rehearsals 6:00 - 7:00
