The Summit and all pre-event meetings and workshops for the APWG and ESPC and are being held at the Chicago Hilton.  The Hilton is a historic 4-Diamond property centrally located in the heart of all Chicago centers of business and culture. The hotel features over 1,500 richly appointed guest rooms, full-wireless access*, full service business center and fitness facilities.

All Summit sessions, meals, networking reception and the Solution Showcase are centrally located in the Continental Ballrooms and Foyer.  Registration is located directly adjacent to the Continental Ballroom at the 8th Street South Registration lobby level, and will be staffed onsite from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, (EST).

Hotel Room Reservations
The Hilton Chicago still has rooms available with room rates beginning at US $199 single/double occupancy, plus city and hotel taxes. At this time, all room reservations must be secured independently by contacting Hilton Reservations at 1-800-HILTONS.

Check In Info / Cancellation Policy
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Baggage check will be available for Summit attendees.   An advance deposit will be taken at time of booking.  Deposit is refundable only if reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date.  No-shows and reservations cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be charged in full plus taxes.

* In-room access is available at additional fees  Complementary access will be provided to all attendees in the ballrooms  during the Summit.
