AOTA Online Safety Leadership Awards
AOTA is pleased to announce the AOTA Online Safety Leadership Awards program, recognizing exceptional and meritorious achievements
by companies that demonstrate commitment to preserving and improving online safety. The AOTA Leadership Awards will be announced at the Annual AOTA
Authentication & Online Trust Spring Summit being held on April 18 & 19th at the Boston Sheraton. Nominations must be received by
Wednesday April 4, 2007. Finalists will be notified on or about April 10th and must have a representative or a delegate in attendance to
accept the award.
Applicants and nominations will be reviewed by a panel including: Paul Judge
- SecureComputing, Laura Mather - MarkMonitor, Fran Maier - TRUSTe, Lana
McGilvray - Datran Media, Pat Peterson - IronPort Systems and AOTA staff.

following areas including with total possible scoring of 100 points
- Adoption of innovative technologies
- Commitment to user education
- Industry and business collaboration
- Dedication to working with government and law
enforcement in bringing online criminals to justice.

Eligibility - Companies must be authenticating their outbound email and corporate domain via the
Sender ID Framework and/or DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM). Nominees
must be in good standing with a minimum of one of the following industry and business organizations including, Anti-Phishing Working Group (APWG),
Anti-Spyware Coalition, Authentication and Online Trust Alliance (AOTA) Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Email Senders & Providers Coalition (ESPC),
Financial Services Roundtable (BITS), Financial Services Technology Consortium (FSTC), Interactive Advertising Bureau, (IAB), International Association of Privacy
Professionals (IAPP), Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (MAAWG), TRUSTe and/or the US Chamber of Commerce.
