AGENDA*
The AOTA Email Deliverability & Trust Academy will follow this year’s Authentication and Online Trust Association’s annual summit. As an educational event, the Academy will provide attendees with insights and practical application guidance from leading marketers, ISPs and deliverability consultants. The Academy aims to help attendees enhance deliverability and performance to drive maximum results and ROI.  Leveraging the expertise of the Direct Marketing Association and the Email Experience Council, (eec), this intensive program is a must for interactive marketers and their agencies.

Attendees who complete the academy will have an opportunity to participate in a pilot competency test, that will be used to develop an industry wide certification program.  Marketers who receive a score of 90% or higher, will be awarded a certificate of achievement and be recognized on the AOTA web site.  Curriculum and testing will assume a basic understanding of email best practices, focusing on segmentation, reputation, authentication, list hygiene and privacy.  Attendees are encouraged to submit proposed questions to staff@aotalliance.org  Testing fees are included in the registration fees.
