Warren Adelman
President, COO - GoDaddy.com
Warren Adelman is the President and Chief Operating Officer for
The Go Daddy Group. Warren is responsible for day-to-day operations of the
company, as well as resource management, process improvement and corporate
strategic planning. Among the organizations he oversees are Information
Technology, Information Security and Continuity Planning, Development, Domain
Name Services and Customer Sales and Service. Prior to entering the private
sector, Warren spent six years in international relations at the Israeli Embassy
in Washington, D.C., where he served as Chief of Public Affairs. During this
time, Warren was a member of the Media and Communications team for Israel's
Delegation to Bilateral Peace Talks held in Washington, D.C., between 1991 and
1996. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from
the University of Toronto, Canada, and served as an officer in the Israel
Defense Forces.

Suresh is responsible for development of mail platform components for Windows
Live Hotmail service. He oversees the development, program management and
quality assurance teams and focuses heavily on quality and reliability of
service, storage capacity management, platform cost reduction, anti-spam defense
and business continuation working. Formerly Suresh worked with the Microsoft TV
team as development manager and as a principal consultant with Microsoft
Consulting Services worked on developing and delivering custom applications for
Microsoft's enterprise partners. He holds a Masters degree in Computer
Applications from Regional Engineering College in India and an MBA in Technology

Joshua Baer
Chief Technology Officer - Datran Media
Joshua Baer founded one of the first email service providers, SKYLIST, and
UnsubCentral, an email suppression and CAN-SPAM compliance leader. At
Datran Media, Baer is tasked with architecting innovative and comprehensive
solutions for customer management, retention and acquisition. Mixing together
experience in technology and marketing, Baer has helped develop and improve
email programs for brands such as Disney, eDiets, JDate, Microsoft and Nascar.
In 1998, Baer authored an unsubscribe standard that has been adopted by Google,
Majordomo, Microsoft and Yahoo!. In 2005, he created Deliverability.com, an
online encyclopedia on email deliverability. He drives initiatives and
chairs committees for the Email Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC),
Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and the Email Experience Council (EEC).

Jared has more than a decade of marketing services experience that includes his
tenure as an analyst for Jupiter Research, where he was frequently quoted in
national business press such as the Wall Street Journal and New York Times and
where he regularly appeared on CNBC and CNN. In addition to his research and
consulting background, Jared has client-side experience at EOS Airlines and
Tommy Hilfiger, where he developed the brand’s first e-commerce initiative and
corresponding marketing strategy. Jared holds a master of business
administration from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor's degree from
the University of Michigan.

George is the Vice President and GM of Deliverability Services at Return Path, Inc. A true pioneer of deliverability solutions, George was the founder and CEO of Assurance Systems, which merged with Return Path in June 2003. He is also a co-founder of Return Path, the industry standard for Email Change of Address (ECOA). Prior to Return Path he was Director of Product Management at Worldprints.com where he managed the development of the Image Catcher screensaver application and supporting web site, which acquired more than two million users in six months. He was formerly a Partner at Mercer Management Consulting in the high tech and telecommunications group, where he developed operational experience in computer manufacturing and telecommunications. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University, and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business, University of North Carolina.

Glenn Blinckmann
Senior Consultant - nfrastructure Technologies
Glenn is a senior consultant with nfrastructure technologies, a solution
provider to the New York State Office for Technolog, (OFT). Glenn's roll with
NY's OFT has been the lead architect on NYSeMail, OFT's statewide Microsoft
Exchange email offering. During the ten years that he has been working on this
system and its predecessor, email has grown from an internal-only messaging
system for one state agency to a large, multi-agency resource that is Internet
connected to all other email systems. Glenn leads the engineering that keeps
this system ahead of virus, phishing, spoofing, and spam problems and is the
current technical lead on the Exchange 2007-based design. Glenn has been a
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for over a decade. His experience with
enterprise-class email systems goes back to 1993 and with departmental systems
to the 1980's. |

Matt Blumberg is Chairman & CEO of Return Path, Inc., the company he founded in
1999. Return Path provides ROI-based email marketing and market research
solutions to leading marketers and publishers. Prior to founding Return Path, Matt was General Manager of the Internet division of MovieFone, Inc. (777-FILM)
until the company's acquisition by AOL, and had previously worked in venture
capital and management consulting. Matt is the founding chairman of the Direct

various positions with the DMA since 2000. He has spoken about various email and
direct marketing-related topics at several conferences including The DMA Annual

Dave Bossio
Group Program Manager - Microsoft
As the Group Program Manager for Windows Core Security Team, Dave is
responsible for implementing the Core Cryptographic, Smartcard, and Public Key
Infrastructure in Windows. Dave drives the strategy for providing end-user,
machine, and application identity infrastructure to enable secure data, code
signing, networking and messaging scenarios. Joining Microsoft in October 2001,
Dave has held jobs as a Customer Support Manager and most recently as a Program
Manager in the Engineering Excellence Group focused on improving engineering
practices across Microsoft. Previously, Dave worked as Director, Supply Chain
Solutions for General Electric Information Services implementing one of the
largest supplier networks in the world. He also spent 8 years as a Submarine
Officer in the US Navy. Dave holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BSEE
from the University of WA.

Jon Callas
Chief Scientist - PGP Corporation
Mr. Callas joined PGP Corporation as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Security
Officer in July 2002 and co-designed the next-generation PGP products.
Previously, he served as Chief Scientist at PGP Inc. and as CTO of the Network
Security Division for Network Associates Technologies Inc. He is an innovator
and an acknowledged expert in all major aspects of contemporary business
security, including cryptography, operating system security, public key
infrastructure, and intellectual property rights. He is the principal author of
the Internet Engineering Task Force's OpenPGP standard as well as a writer and
frequent lecturer on system security and intellectual property issues.

Marcelo Camara
Director Digital Security, Banco Bradesco
Marcelo was born in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. He moved to Sao
Paulo where he received his M.S. in Engineering. In the mid 90's, he started his
career as an Internet Banking developer after winning first place on a
university contest for computer engineering. In 2003, he founded
Federation of Brazilian Banks, (FEBRABAN), a group of Brazilian banks and
financial institutions addressing online threats and banking security. In this
role he has tested, adopted, and isolated security breaches throughout the
banking industry, and is acknowledged for his leadership. Today, he is in charge
of Digital Security for the Banco Bradesco, the largest private bank in Brazil
and works with the FEBRABAN to improve security in the internet and digital
environment.

Chief Technology Officer - Lashback
Eric is the co-founder of LashBack. He has led a team of developers through the
launch of three groundbreaking products for consumers and the email industry:
the LashBack Toolbar empowers consumers to unsubscribe safely from commercial
email lists; UnsubMonitor monitors how email marketers manage compliance for
consumer unsubscribe; and CAN-SPAM Compliance Monitor checks all major points of
compliancy. As a recognized compliance and reputation expert for email
marketing, Mr. Castelli has actively participated with the Federal Trade
Commission in CAN-SPAM rulemakings and served as an expert witness for the FTC
2005 report to Congress. Eric is a leading advocate for developing compliance
guidelines, best practices and raising the value of email for consumers and
email marketers. Prior to LashBack, Eric spent several years in technology
consulting across numerous industries, including direct mail and email. Mr.
Castelli graduated from St. Louis University with a degree in business.

Mike has been directly involved in or in charge of the design and development of

Scott Charney
VP, Trustworthy Computing - Microsoft Corporation
Scott oversees Trustworthy Computing, which aims to
promote a safe, private and reliable computing experience for everyone.
Charney leads the Security Strategies and Network Security Groups, which
work with product teams and others at Microsoft to advance the
development of secure products, services and infrastructures through the
use of appropriate policies and controls, the implementation of best
practices, and the development of manageable security products and
services. He also collaborates with others in the computer industry and
the government to make computing more secure for all users.
Before joining Microsoft, he was a principal for the professional
services organization PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the firm's Cybercrime Prevention and Response Practice. He provided
proactive and reactive computer security services to Fortune 500
companies and smaller enterprises. Those services included designing and
building computer security systems, testing existing systems and
conducting cybercrime investigations.

Sana Coleman Chriss is an attorney with the Federal
Trade Commission’s Division of Marketing Practices, where she is
responsible for various matters concerning spam, phishing, and consumer
protection. During the past year, she served as Attorney Advisor to FTC
Chairman Deborah Platt Majoras, and in 2004 she co- organized the FTC's
Email Authentication Summit. Prior to joining the Commission, Mrs.
Chriss was an associate with the law firm of Arent Fox PLLC, where she
specialized in telecommunications and intellectual property law. Mrs.
Chriss received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and
her undergraduate degree from Duke University.

Richard Cox
CIO - Spamhaus
Richard has an extensive background in public service, and trained in
communications engineering by the BBC, working extensively in Compliance
and Relationship roles in the Telecomms Industry. Best known for having
developed the first wide-area dialup system in the UK for Demon
Internet, and working on Telecom Operator License applications for major
UK players such as Global Internet and Easynet, he then became
responsible for Regulatory Affairs at First Telecom, and was appointed
by the ITU as Senior Expert in Numbering and Interconnection. He
joined the Spamhaus Project team in July 2003 - and the following
year became one of the first abuse specialists to meet China's Telecom
companies, during a mission to Beijing in 2004. He regularly presents
at APRICOT, ITU/WSIS and other forums worldwide. |

David Dagon
PhD Candidate - College of Computing at Georgia Institute
of Technology
David's research area is supervised by Prof. Wenke Lee, includes
malicious networks, network intrusion detection, g-line and k-line
dispensing, and analysis of evasive malware. His thesis analyzes the
detection and mitigation of botnets. He is the co-founder of Damballa, a
technology startup addressing the botnet problem. David serves as the
Chief Scientist of Damballa, and as a Senior Technical Advisor to the
Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (MAAWG).

Chief Marketing Officer - Epsilon
As chief marketing officer, Michael leads Epsilon's strategic marketing,
branding, market positioning, lead generation and communications
efforts, as well as industry and government relations. Prior to
Epsilon, Michael was CMO at Bigfoot Interactive, which became Epsilon
Interactive after its 2005 acquisition. Before that, he was vice
president of strategic development at CNET Networks, Inc., where he
designed key strategic plans to increase revenue and grow and retain key
audience segments for the Internet's leading technology destination.
Michael has been recognized by BtoB Magazine's Who's Who list of top
executives in the category of marketing services and technology.
He is active in a number of important marketing industry associations
including the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), where he serves on the
DMA's Interactive Marketing Advisory Board (IMAB) chair of the DMA's

Jim Fenton
Distinguished Engineer - Cisco Technology
Center
Mr. Fenton is responsible for defining a number of new initiatives
relating to user-centric identity, emergent collaboration, and e-mail
security. He is an active member of the design team for DomainKeys
Identified Mail (DKIM), and was the lead architect for one of its
predecessors, Identified Internet Mail. He has also recently been
responsible for defining a number of new initiatives relating to
router-based security. In previous roles at Cisco, Mr. Fenton has
managed development efforts relating to VoIP features for service
providers, store-and-forward fax, and was a key member of the team that
established Cisco in the dial access market. Mr. Fenton came to Cisco
from the acquisition of Combinet, Inc., where he was Director of
Technology and drove the introduction of IP and IPX routing to
Combinet's products. Mr. Fenton has Bachelor of Science and Master of
Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ross is a senior director of engineering for Messaging and Web Security. In
this role, he oversees the development of the company's award-winning
anti-spam messaging solutions and its industry-leading e-mail reputation
service, which monitors and processes more than a billion e-mail messages
per day worldwide. Before joining Symantec, Fubini was a director of
engineering at BEA Systems, via the acquisition of Plumtree Software. During
his tenure, he managed the creation of developer tools, enterprise
integrations, and enterprise 2.0 products used by Fortune 500 companies to
create portal-based applications. Prior to BEA Systems, Fubini was
responsible for operations development for TellMe Networks, which powers
AT&T's Toll-Free Directory Assistance. In his free time, Fubini is a mentor
for San Francisco Youth Network and participates in Ironman Triathlon World
Championships. |

Ryan Hamlin

Ryan Hamlin is general manager of the Technology Care and Safety Group at
Microsoft, a team dedicated to helping further Microsoft's companywide
vision and innovation to address online safety and consumer "PC health"
issues. In this role, Hamlin leads the Windows Live OneCare team, which is
responsible for developing Microsoft's all-in-one PC care service for
consumers. Hamlin is also responsible for coordinating Microsoft's broad
Internet safety efforts to address issues such as spam and phishing as well
as the technical development of anti-spam, anti-phishing, parental-control
and reputation service technologies being used across Microsoft products. In
addition, Hamlin is an executive sponsor for Microsoft on children's online
safety issues and oversees the Online Services Group's Privacy and Policy
Team. Hamlin holds bachelor degrees in computer science and business from
Pacific Lutheran University.

Jens is responsible for the RSA FraudAction anti-phishing and anti-fraud
service which composes a key part of the broad portfolio of products and
services designed to bolster security and confidence in the online channel
by protecting organizations, their brands, and their customers against fraud
and the latest online threats. Prior to joining RSA, acquired by EMC
Corporation in 2006, Mr. Hinrichsen worked for nine years in a variety of
marketing and business development roles at Eastman Kodak. He holds a
B.A. from St. Olaf College and an MBA in Marketing from the University of
Wisconsin.

a variety of roles which include technical hands-on product knowledge,

include Microsoft's Interactive TV and Windows Media Technologies, Microsoft
Mobile Information Server, Exchange Server 2003, Live Communications Server

Trevor is an attorney specializing in ecommerce, privacy and technology law. Hughes serves as the Executive Director of the Network Advertising Initiative (the NAI) and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (the IAPP). In his role with the NAI, Hughes leads the NAI's efforts to create manageable standards for industry at the intersection of privacy and technology. He leads the NAI's
Email Service Provider Coalition, an organization that is dedicated to developing technological and public policy tools to reduce spam and protect legitimate email. In his role with the IAPP, Hughes leads the world's largest association of privacy professionals.

Michael Jones
Director Anti-Spam Operations, AOL
Michael has overseen the Anti-Spam Operations team at AOL
since April of 2005. His Anti-Spam team includes Postmaster Operations,
Anti-spam Programming, Anti-Spam Investigations, and a 24 x 7 Rapid Response
Team. Michael also represents AOL as a member of the Board of Directors for
the Messaging Anti Abuse Working Group (MAAWG) as well as representing AOL
in other cross industry initiatives. Prior to his time with the Anti-Spam
Operations team, Michael had worked in the AOL Network Operations Center
since 1996. Michael received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering in 1993
from the University of Arizona.

Paul Q. Judge
Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer - Secure Computing Inc.
Paul is currently serves as Chief Technology Officer for Secure Computing. Joining Secure through the merger with CipherTrust in 2006, Dr. Judge manages all Secure Computing research, advanced product development and product management, and is the lead inventor for 13 patent-pending security technologies. Under his technology leadership, Secure Computing has grown to its current position as the global leader in messaging security, protecting more than 2000 enterprises worldwide.
Prior to Secure Computing and his tenure at CipherTrust, Dr. Judge worked with IBM and NASA. Having been named to MIT's list of the top 100 young innovators in the world in 2003, Dr. Judge has spearheaded multiple research initiatives and is one of the founders of the Internet Research Task Force's Anti-Spam Research Group.
Dr. Judge is a recognized authority on messaging security issues, having authored numerous papers that have been published in leading academic journals, presented at multiple industry and academic conferences including COMDEX, Interop, INBOX, RSA, MIT Spam Conference and InfoSecurity. Dr. Judge has also been featured in hundreds of national media outlets including CNN, Forbes, Business Week, People Magazine and the LA Times.
Dr. Judge holds a B.S. in from Morehouse College, and received his received his Ph.D. and M.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).

Sven Karge
Divisional Director, ECO, JD
Sven Karge is Divisional Director Content at eco, the
association of the German Internet Industry and responsible for driving the
anti-spam strategy. In early 2003 he was instrumental in the creation of
the German Anti Spam task force with participants from the largest ISPs in
Germany. This task force released the ISP Whitepaper on combating spam in
2004 and resulted in the formulation of the European Spambox Project and the
centralized German whitelist service, funded in part by the EU. Sven
organized 4 German Anti Spam Summits since 2003. He was Treasurer of the
International Association of Internet Hotlines (INHOPE) from 2001 to 2003.
Prior, Sven was the Head of Marketing & Sales at a start-up and worked as an
Attorney in an IT Law firm.

Harry Katz
Program Manager, Technology Care and Safety Group - Microsoft Corp.
Harry Katz is a program manager with the Technology Care and Safety Group at
Microsoft. Harry helped develop and drive Sender ID, an industry-wide
approach to dealing with the problem of email spoofing and phishing. He is
also responsible for internal systems that maintain the accuracy and
effectiveness of Microsoft's SmartScreen spam filter. Previously Harry was
responsible for the email hygiene capabilities of Exchange Server. Since
joining Microsoft 9 years ago, he has also worked on Exchange connectors and
developer tools. Prior to Microsoft, Harry worked as a project manager with
LinkAge Software on a variety of email gateway and directory synchronization
products. Harry has a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the
University of Waterloo.

Daniel J. Larkin
Chief Cyber Initiative & Resource Fusion Unit,
Cyber Division, FBI
Dan Larkin established the first Cyber Fusion Unit for the Federal
Government, enabling Govt/Law Enforcement to collaborate with industry,
business and academia. Prior to this role he was a Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) for ten years,
where he developed one of the first High Tech Crime Task Forces. This
unique collaboration of assets included partnerships with the Computer
Emergency Response Team (CERT/CC) at Carnegie Mellon University, and led to
the development of the first national Public/Private Alliance to identify
and combat cyber crime, known as the National Cyber Forensics & Training
Alliance (NCFTA). He also co-authored the FBI’s re-organization plan
in 2002 which established Cyber Crime as a top priority, and underscored the
need for additional Public/Private Alliances in combating priority cyber
crimes world-wide. Larkin holds a BA in criminology from Indiana
University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Levin

Communications Group
Michael Levin is the Chief Security Officer at UCG. He is responsible for
the development and implementation of the corporate security strategy at UCG.
Mr. Levin recently retired from the U.S. Secret Service after a twenty two
year career. Prior to retiring from the U.S. Government, Mr. Levin was
detailed from the Secret Service to the Department of Homeland Security at
the National Cyber Security Division. Mr. Levin served as the Deputy
Director of the Law Enforcement and Intelligence (LE & I) Branch. The LE &
I Branch is a DHS resource for the coordination, prevention, investigation
and prosecution of malicious cyber activity. Mr. Levin previously held the
position as the Branch Chief of the U.S. Secret Service Electronic Crimes
Task Force program in Washington DC. He has worked in the area of computer
forensics and cyber investigations for the last ten years.

Rebecca has held executive marketing and communications positions at
strategic e-services consultancies, including Siegel & Gale. She worked in
the same capacity for global entertainment and media companies including

and Bertelsmann's German network, RTL Television. As a journalist, Rebecca
has written on media for numerous publications, including The New York Times
and The Wall Street Journal, and spent five years as Variety's Berlin-based

Laura is MarkMonitor's Senior Scientist focusing on advanced
analytics of MarkMonitor's extensive data resources and providing product
